The driver records the load on their phone: EWC code, weight, containers and signature. It saves with or without signal. A load on another firm's lorry is booked in at your gate by your own staff, on a gate operative login, and goes to Defra the same way.Tipslip sends it

The load is saved on the phone, marked Queued on phone, then goes to Tipslip when the signal comes back, and on to Defra.
