Terms of service (draft)

1. The service

Tipslip is software that records skip-hire load information and, where a load is received at your own permitted site, submits a receipt record to Defra's digital waste tracking service on your behalf. Tipslip is not a party to your waste permit or to your relationship with Defra, and does not pay any Defra registration or service charge for you.

2. Plans and trial

Plans, prices and limits are as shown on our pricing page. New accounts get a 14-day free trial with no card required to start. You can add payment details from Billing at any time; a paid subscription only begins once you do. Starter is 1 site and 3 drivers; Pro is 3 sites and 12 drivers.

3. To be added before publication

• Legal entity name, company number and registered address.
• Liability, warranty and indemnity terms.
• Data retention on account closure and export rights.
• Governing law and jurisdiction.
• Acceptable use and suspension terms.
