Change history
Every version of every published document, with its effective date and whether firms were notified of it. scripts/check-legal-versions.mjs (pnpm check:legal-versions, run in CI) fails the build if a document's front-matter version changes without a matching row here. The /legal page on the marketing site reads this table.
No document has left draft yet. "Notified on" stays blank until a version goes live and legal-change-notify (apps/worker) sends the material-change email — see legal/operations/publishing-runbook.md.
Each row's "Document" is the exact front-matter title: of the file it describes — scripts/check-legal-versions.mjs matches on that string verbatim, not a paraphrase, so a mismatch here is a bug in this table, not a passing check.
