Defra could not read the arrival date and time

Defra takes the arrival date and time in its own layout, and this one did not match it.

This one is ours to fix, not yours.

What to do

Open Technical detail on the record and press Email support — it sends us everything we need, including the record ID.

We're already looking into this and will update the record once it's sorted.
