The carrier licence isn't in a format Defra accepts

Defra reads a carrier registration as CBDU123456 with no spaces, and the same for Scottish, Welsh and Northern Irish numbers.

What to do

1. Press Correct the record.
2. Check the carrier registration number's format.
3. Press Save correction and re-submit.

Tipslip sends the corrected record to Defra as soon as you save.
