Defra reads consignment note codes in set formats

A note code looks like CJTILE/A0001 in England and Wales, SA1234567 in Scotland, or DA1234567 in Northern Ireland.

What to do

1. Press Correct the record.
2. Copy the code off the consignment note exactly as printed.
3. Press Save correction and re-submit.

Tipslip sends the corrected record to Defra as soon as you save.
