Defra's service had a problem while the load was going in, and it may or may not have been recorded.

What to do

  1. Check the record on Defra's digital waste tracking service.
  2. Tick "I have checked the Defra service and this record is not there".
  3. Press Retry.

Check the Defra service for it before sending again, so one skip does not end up recorded twice.
