A hazardous substance has no name against it

Defra wants a name for each hazardous substance listed on the line, and one is blank.

What to do

1. Press Correct the record.
2. Name the hazardous substance on this line.
3. Press Save correction and re-submit.

Tipslip sends the corrected record to Defra as soon as you save.
