Defra takes three reasons for a missing note code

On a hazardous load with no consignment code, Defra allows only three reasons: no paperwork, a non-hazardous transfer, or a household waste centre receipt.

What to do

1. Press Correct the record.
2. Pick one of the three reasons, or add the note code.
3. Press Save correction and re-submit.

Tipslip sends the corrected record to Defra as soon as you save.
