Defra would not accept this load

Defra turned this load away and Tipslip doesn't yet have plain words for the reason.

This one is ours to fix, not yours.

What to do

Open Technical detail on the record and press Email support — it sends us everything we need, including the record's technical detail.

We're already looking into this and will update the record once it's sorted.
