The receiving site has no permit number on it

Defra needs the permit number of the site that took the waste in, and none is set.

What to do

1. Press Open site settings.
2. Add the site's permit number.
3. Press Save changes, then go back to the record and press Retry.

Tipslip sends the record to Defra again once you retry.
