Billing and plan limits

Plans

• Starter — £49/month: 1 site, 3 drivers.
• Pro — £99/month: 3 sites, 12 drivers.

Every new firm gets a 14-day free trial with no card required.

Managing billing

Go to Billing. If you haven't added a payment method yet, you'll see Choose Starter / Choose Pro buttons. Once you're subscribed, this becomes a single Manage billing button, which opens Stripe's billing portal to update your card, change plan, or see invoices.

If a payment fails, you'll see a banner: *"Your last payment failed. Update your card in the billing portal to avoid losing access."* Only an owner or admin can manage billing.

Plan limits

Sites and drivers are capped by your plan (see above). If you try to add one past your limit, the form shows an Upgrade your plan link straight to Billing — nothing is silently blocked without an explanation.
