Installing the driver app

This is the app that goes on the driver's phone in the cab or the yard — not something each driver installs separately.

1. Find your firm code

In the setup wizard, open Install the driver app. You'll see your firm code in large print and a QR code. This code is a login credential — don't post it anywhere public.

2. Open the driver app on the driver's phone

Open a browser on the phone and go to driver.tipslip.co.uk. Add it to the home screen (from the browser's share or menu button) so it opens like an app from then on.

3. Log in

Enter:

• Firm code
• PIN (a driver's own PIN — see Adding drivers and PINs)

Tap Log in. You'll land on today's jobs.

After that

The app stays logged in for 120 days. Each driver logs out and the next one logs in with their own PIN — there's no need to reinstall or re-enter the firm code each time.

Native apps

iOS and Android apps are coming to the App Store and Google Play. There's no date yet — until they're listed, driver.tipslip.co.uk is the driver app.
