Leaving Tipslip

Your records stay exportable, and getting them out is something you can do yourself, any time, without asking us first.

Getting your data out

• Jobs, one row per waste line — go to Jobs, then Export CSV. See Exporting your jobs as a CSV.
• Waste transfer notes and receipt PDFs — go to Documents, search, and download them one at a time. See Finding a waste transfer note.
• Everything else — sites, drivers, vehicles, customers — is visible in your Tipslip account itself; there's no separate file export for these yet.

Do this before you close your account. Closing an account is permanent and removes the records behind it, so export first.

Closing your account

There's no self-service way to close a Tipslip account from within the app. Email support@tipslip.co.uk and we'll close it for you, once you've confirmed you've exported what you need — closing the account deletes the records behind it, including ones you're legally required to keep.
